LFA Global Inc advises clients on questions where discretion is part of the work. The same standard applies to the information you share with us through this website.

This policy explains what personal information we collect through lfa.co, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have.

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected for, and then for any additional period required by law, by our insurers or by the limitation period for legal claims.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted through this site against loss, misuse and unauthorized access. No system is completely secure and the internet is not a secure transmission channel, so please do not send confidential, classified or export controlled material through the site. If a breach of security affecting your personal information occurs and the law requires notification, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required.

09

Your choices and your rights

To ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to obtain a copy of it or to ask us to delete it, write to legal@lfa.co with enough detail for us to identify you. We will verify your identity before acting, and we may ask for further information for that purpose alone. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authority. We will respond within the period set by the applicable law and will tell you if we need an extension and why. There is no charge unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. If we refuse a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal that decision.

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, to obtain a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising and certain profiling, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights, and to appeal a decision to refuse a request. As stated above, LFA does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use personal information for automated decision making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
