Our work combines large-scale data analysis with deep insight into the very human systems behind decision-making. We examine the mutual influence policymakers, regulators, technical leaders, and other stakeholders have on one another, providing clarity on where consensus or resistance is likely to emerge, and how those dynamics shape the success of AI initiatives.
In practice
This is where LFA’s own platform becomes part of the solution. Through our Build-Operate-Transfer model, the AI-supported analytical platform that powers our advisory services is built for the client, operated alongside their own institutions, and ultimately transferred in full. The result is complete client ownership and sovereign control over the capability, rather than continued dependence on an external provider. All transfers are conducted under U.S. export authorization.
