The threats facing our clients leave traces across more data than any human analyst team can read. Threats to economic, physical, cyber, and reputational security can emerge from publications, broadcast and social media, shipping movements, market signals, and public records in dozens of languages and dialects.

In detail
LFA’s proprietary AI platform is designed to read this data at scale. The platform operates in two modes. Internally, the platform powers LFA’s own national security advisory across every capability. Externally, our Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model builds the platform to the client government’s requirements, operates it alongside the client’s institutions while their analysts learn the system, then transfers the platform to the client in full.
Built for you. Operated with you. Transferred to you.
The LFA premise
While every LFA project is powered internally by our proprietary AI platform, many clients find value in our Build-Operate-Transfer model (BOT). This allows the client government to have complete control and ownership of the platform’s capabilities.

In detail
LFA’s AI platform helps the client government gather and analyze its own intelligence to understand how its people group, align, and act. The AI-derived findings are reviewed by our human analysts, while the client’s internal analysts are taught to operate the system and interpret the platform’s findings. Once the internal team is comfortable operating the system independently, the platform is transferred to the client in its entirety.
In practice
The client will then own and operate the tool with its own data, within its own legal framework. LFA continues its role in a limited capacity, primarily providing servicing, updates, and support. Where controlled technology is transferred, LFA operates under the applicable U.S. export authorizations for each engagement.
Designing a sovereign AI intelligence platform configured to the client government’s priorities, data sources, legal framework, and operational requirements.
Integrating and processing open-source, commercial, and government-approved data across multiple languages to create a continuously updated intelligence picture.
Using AI to identify patterns, relationships, anomalies, and emerging threats across vast datasets, with assessments reviewed by LFA’s human analysts.
Building the platform, operating it alongside the client’s institutions, training their internal analysts, and transferring full ownership once operational readiness is achieved.
Equipping government analysts to operate the platform, validate AI-generated findings, and embed AI-enabled intelligence processes within their own organizations.
Providing ongoing technical support, software updates, model improvements, and system maintenance after transfer while the client retains complete ownership and control.
LFA’s AI platform operates across the client’s approved intelligence environment, continuously processing multilingual data from authorized sources. The system identifies patterns, anomalies, and emerging threats in near real time, while LFA analysts validate the findings and refine the models. Throughout deployment, the client’s analysts are trained to operate the platform independently before full transfer under the Build-Operate-Transfer model.
We offer clients a range of engagement models to suit their national or institutional capacity and needs.

Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)
LFA builds the AI platform, operates it with the client while their analysts learn it, then transfers full control and ownership. The client owns the capability while LFA services and updates it. This engagement model is conducted under full U.S. export authorization.
